At TEKTON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
